Amal Journey & Positive Reflections

I have applied for Amal Academy prep fellow ship on the recommendation of my cousin and I was not sure that I will be able to handle the work load till last moment and idea that either I really wanted to do it or not but the orientation session with Sir Ghazi was really triggering and I was 100% sure at the end of the session that I wanted to do and I am going to challenge my Potentials.

I was very focused about my degree but don`t know any thing how professionalism is needed on different points in career , how one can challenge their potentials, what can be the possible choices a person opt other than an professional career and most importantly the idea of making small impacts and considering your own importance in order to make small beautiful differences in the world.

Learning and Exposure

I really came to know about the importance of skills and honestly what I expect about the skill learning was the idea of working with some software or content writing but I am thank full that I find the importance of other skills like leadership, communication , problem solving, being positive ,passionate , empathetic and with all these personal potentials and skills Amal works on our professional growth that helps to have healthy impact on not only in our professional level but in every aspect of life.

Team Work

I had worked a lot in groups somehow I complete my tasks lazily or at last days but at Amal I really learn how working in a team makes the work more appealing and actually a fun factor involves that engage everyone in a team and now I m very open to work with people because I have learnt about the authentication, creativeness and helpfulness in a team work.

Feed Back:

Taking and giving a feed back was really not easy for me. I really got bothered with people advice and suggestions and I was quiet rigid about my point of views, In the same away I was not very open to let people know where the lack or they can improve even knowing that I know the solution but at very early sessions at Amal we learn to give constructive feed backs,I learn that taking or giving feed backs or suggestion is useful but one should know about the ethics and respect of conveying the point of views.

Positivity & Smile:

Last but not the least I have learnt to always look at the brighter picture where life is full of exposures and challenges. We just need to learn about mastering positivity and having a smile to welcome the challenges like a leader.
